[fusion_toggle title=”My confirmation only shows one tee time when there are more than 4 people in my group?” open=”no”]Your booking confirmation will show the first tee time that has been booked for your group, as well as the number of players in your group. The correct number of consecutive tee times will have been booked to accommodate your party size.[/fusion_toggle]
[fusion_toggle title=”Does my greenfee include a buggie?” open=”no”]Buggy hire is not included in the green fees and cannot be pre booked in advance, except sometimes with a medical note.[/fusion_toggle]
[fusion_toggle title=”Do the courses have a handicap limit?” open=”no”]Most courses have a handicap limit generally 28 for men and 36 for ladies. This can vary from course to course and handicaps must be advised at the time of enquiry so we can select suitable courses.[/fusion_toggle]
[fusion_toggle title=”Do I need a handicap certificate?” open=”no”]Many of the courses state that a handicap certificate is required to be shown prior to play. These are vary rarely asked for although we strongly recommend that you do take a certificate as failure to show this if requested may result in you being refused permission to play the course.[/fusion_toggle]
[fusion_toggle title=”What happens if my round of golf is cancelled due to bad weather?” open=”no”]Golf played on temporary greens and tees is non-refundable and is considered to be an accepted part of playing winter golf. Please note that trolley and buggy bans occur frequently when a course is wet and are determined by those in charge of the golf course.
If you are unable to play golf on your break due to course closure we will, without guarantee and at the supplier’s discretion, try and obtain a partial refund or green fee vouchers for the golf element of the break. It is however worth noting that we sell winter breaks at a discounted rate and so any refund will not be equivalent to the full green fee and with many of our winter breaks the golf element is considered complimentary.
Each hotel and golf course sets its own inclement weather policy. All decisions regarding partial refunds or green fee vouchers are solely at the discretion of the hotel and golf course and are final.

[fusion_toggle title=”What details do I need to take with me to the golf venues?” open=”no”]For all venues, vouchers are requird and will sent out to you. Please take your booking confirmation with you. Your tee times and accommodation will be reserved under your name. The voucher are required, we will include it in your final email travel pack, which is sent on receipt of full payment.[/fusion_toggle]
[fusion_toggle title=”How many days in advance should we book?” open=”no”]We advise you to make your reservations as early as possible to find available accommodation and tee-off times. (Belek is very popular at the moment and the courses are always very busy during the golf season.)[/fusion_toggle]
[fusion_toggle title=”What is the dress code for the courses?” open=”no”]All courses require the usual golfing standard of dress with tailored shorts and shirts with collars. Denims and training shoes will not be permitted onto the courses or clubhouses.[/fusion_toggle]
[fusion_toggle title=”Do I need soft spikes?” open=”no”]More and more courses now require soft spikes and we would recommend either these or dimple soled shoes are taken. Alternatively, most courses offer a spike changing facility for a small fee payable locally.[/fusion_toggle]
[fusion_toggle title=”Who do I contact if i have a problem during my trip?” open=”no”]Where our packages are booked using one of the mainline tour operators, this will include a company representative being on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In cases where the packages have been sourced using the lowest flight and accommodation options, a destination care representative will be available during normal office hours. All contact telephone numbers for company representatives, hotels, airport, airlines and golf courses will be provided on your final itinerary which will forwarded along with your documents.[/fusion_toggle]
