Sti.) with your credit card or Money Transfer for your trip deposit, you confirm and acknowledge that you have read and accept our travel Booking Terms & Conditions for you and all in your party covered by that deposit.

Our Trading Name
Club Golf Travel is a trading name of (Golfin Travel ) Golfin Org. Tur. Taş. Teks. San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. located at Zerdalilik Mh. Burhanettin Onat Cd. Begonya Apt. No 72/C 07100 ANTALYA/TURKEY. For all holidays, your contract for a booking will be on the basis of these Booking Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them.
All reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information (including prices) on our website, in our email newsletters and quotes, and in our promotional material and printed media but if we identify an error or omission following publication, we will inform you before confirming your booking. The revised information will then form part of your contract. If an error or omission is discovered after your booking is made, we will always try to advise you prior to your holiday.
Making your booking
Bookings can be made just by e-mail on Once we have received your booking details, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by issuing a confirmation invoice by post or email. This booking confirmation will be sent to the party leader. Please check this booking confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document within 5 working days of our sending it out.
Group Booking
Where your booking is for more than one person, the lead name will be responsible for the entire booking. As lead name you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these Booking Conditions. The lead name will be responsible for making all payments due to us in accordance with our contract. The lead name is also responsible for keeping all members of his/her party informed as to the booking details and informing us in writing of any amendments to or cancellations of the booking.
In order to confirm your booking, a deposit of 20% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 6 weeks of departure) must be paid at the time of booking. This deposit is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out below.
The balance of the cost of your booking must be received by us not less than 12 weeks in the high season (February, March, April, May, September, October and November) 8 weeks in the low season (January, June, July, August und Dezember) prior to departure (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). This date will be shown on the confirmation invoice. If you have not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In this case the cancellation charges set out in clause 6 below will be payable.
* 95 days before arrival of the group, cancellation is possible without any penalty
* At the cancellations which will be done before 94 – 65 days arrival of the group, reduce can be made as % 20 without any penalty. At the cancelllations that are over this amount, 3 nights no show and full greenfee no show will be charged.
* At the cancellations which will be done before 65 – 0 days of the arrival of the group, all the accommodation and the greenfees amount will be charged as full no show.
Unlike our competitors, we do not charge an administrative fee for changes you make to an itinerary once it is booked. We consider flexibility and customers’ desires an important part of our job! Changes made which result in a loss of deposit already paid by Golfin Travel on clients behalf will however be charged to the client(s).
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Golfin Travel via email, fax or regular mail, and receipt of cancellation must be confirmed back in writing to client by Golfin Travel. We highly recommend taking out trip cancellation/interruption insurance. Any trip cancelled by Golfin Travel will be refunded in full.
All golfers should carry with them a current handicap certificate/USGA Card as the majority of courses require visiting players to meet their maximum handicap restrictions, typically 36 for women and 24 for men. Failure to provide a current USGA handicap card could prohibit your play. PGA golf professionals need to provide us with a copy of their PGA card at time of booking in order to receive professional courtesy/discounted green fees.
Unfortunately they sometimes happen. Be assured that we will do our absolute utmost to help you when there is a medical problem, injury, business or family emergency. We will do all we can to communicate your situation to our suppliers to alleviate your financial costs. We urge you to enquire about travel insurance to protect your trip investment, see Travel Insurance, below.
Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance: You are embarking on and investing a great deal in your dream vacation abroad. As unforeseen situations can happen, we urge you to invest a little more in travel insurance.
Standard of Play and Golf Etiquette
Knowledge of golf etiquette and the rules of golf are expected by all members of your group. Most golf courses will require handicap certificates before accepting visitors, we cannot accept any responsibility for problems regarding handicap certificate and golf etiquette .
Golf courses reserve the right to alter confirmed tee times. If your confirmed golf club cancel your reservation or change your tee time we will try to find a suitable alternative. You will be charged or refunded for any difference in the original cost. Such changes do not entitle you to cancel a holiday that is part of a package. Please also be aware that golf courses may pair you up with other golfers.
As part of our service we provide transfers to and from designated airports. Please refer to individual trip notes with regards to timings and locations. If you require further airport station transfers for other members of your party arriving/departing at separate times from the main group, a charge will apply (price given on request). Guests are also welcome to make their own arrangements to and from the tour accommodation at their own expense.
Condition of Golf Course
The condition of golf courses varies throughout the year. General golf course maintenance on tees, fairways and greens are an essential feature of golf course preparation. We cannot be held responsible for the impact of such work.
Hotel Concepts
Concept of the hotels can change depending on the season and or special conditions of the hotel. As an example all restaurants can be open during the summer season but only some selected ones could be open during winter months or hotel can close some facilities for some period because of maintenance. Some services included one year can be excluded on another years concept or an additional fee as supplement can be applied for another year etc. Hotel concept changes decided by the hotel management and can be done without any prior information. We advice you to check details of the hotel concept . We cannot be held responsible for hotel concept changes.
Weather Conditions During Your Golf Holiday
Bad weather is unavoidable and golf courses reserve the right to close or operate temporary tees greens. Golf played on temporary greens and tees is non-refundable and is considered to be an accepted part of playing golf during periods of bad weather. Please note that trolley and buggies are not allowed frequently when a course is wet and are determined by those in charge of the golf course. If you are unable to play golf on your holiday due to golf course closure we will, without guarantee and at golf course management’s discretion, try to find an alternative day to play during your stay or obtain green fee vouchers for the golf that part that not played. All decisions regarding green fee vouchers are solely at the discretion of the golf course management. cannot be held responsible due to weather conditions.
Special Requests and Medical Problems
If you have any special requests; you must inform us at the time of booking. Although we will inform the supplier, we cannot guarantee any request will be fulfilled and all special requests are subject to availability. If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability that may affect your holiday, please tell us before you confirm your booking. In any event, you must give us full details in writing at the time of booking. If the supplier unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, we regret that we also cannot guarantee special requests that suppliers not confirmed.
Optional activities
If you wish to purchase or participate in any optional activities that are not part of your pre-booked itinerary, the contract for the provision of that activity will be between you and the activity provider. The decision to partake in any such activity is entirely at your own discretion and risk. If you do have any complaint about, or problem with, any optional activity purchased, your claim should be directed to the activity provider and not to us.
